This portal is the most important, and contains every single last event detail and more. Our booked clients can follow the planning phases, and review ongoing details of their event as it is in motion! Even better, they also get to collab with their coordinators along the way with any ideas, or documents they wish to upload to the portal. The option for the clients and the coordinators to keep everything organized in one place-literal gold.

Client + Coordinator Email Portal
This portal is strictly for email, and communication history between the clients and the coordinators.
This portal is included in your package pricing and completely optional. You will be able to refer back to access all previous email threads, and full conversation history beginning the very first day you booked with Reign Events.
When there is a lot of communication back and forth and you have to go back and find that ONE.TINY. DETAIL... you can find it here when you can't remember it off the top of your head.
Why can't everything be combined in one portal?
Trust us, we are anxiously awaiting the day the best of both worlds collides and we can offer that to you. But, for now the Main portal is the best of the best for all things planning, coordinating, organizing and collaborating. The communication portal is the best of the best when it comes to keeping track of any and all communication history.

If you have received a portal invitation and you are having trouble accessing the portal, or you have not received an access link-please email your coordinator directly.
If the portal is ready for you, we will help you create a username and get you access.
If you have just officially booked with us, congratulations! We are so excited to work with you. As much as we want to get started on everything right away, great things take time! Your customized project portal may not be ready yet. We like to start by gathering all the details, and this allows us some time to triple check that your portal experience will be the absolute best.
