Unique link to access the portal used for email communication and can be accessed at any time by the coordinator (s) and client(s). The portal is a helpful tool that grants access to full email thread history to keep track of all details and information exchanged.

The client portal grants access to view all designs, signed docs (contracts + invoices), drafts, photos, detailed vendor contact information, and files created or uploaded by the coordinator(s).

Coordinate and confirm details and with all booked vendors. Maintain correspondence for the duration of our coordinator contract. Provide them with updates on the timeline, and deliver them a final copy the week before the wedding.

Facilitation of Ceremony Rehearsal

(Additional hours of service on the day of can be requested).
Act as main point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, as well as anyone designated by the client (s) as a POC.
Facilitation + Execution of the ceremony/reception setup
Setup of Wedding Accessories and small details
Help + support for any wedding guest that needs any assistance.
Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuity at the reception, right before we make our exit for the night.
Providing a fully stocked event emergency kit for the day of.
*Additional Hours in addition to on-site hours included in this package can be requested. Additional hours of service will be billed at an hourly rate. This rate will be determined by the scope of your event, and size of coordinator staffing.

The package and pricing is customized to fit events with no more than 150 total guests INVITED, not total guests who have RSVP'ed.
If the scope of your event exceeds 150 total guests INVITED, additional staffing may be necessary. If your event requires more than two coordinators, you will be billed an hourly rate for each additional coordinator. This hourly rate is in addition to the total package price of $1500.00. The hourly rate for each additional coordinator is $50/HR x total contracted on-site hours for the day of. This billed amount will be for onlly the total hours on-site the day of.
