Reception + Speeches
Client books our photobooth with a start time at 6pm- immediately following reception dinner + speeches. Per the contract, Our arrival would be 5:00 PM to set everything up in the reception area. The twist- Guests will already be seated in the reception area for dinner by that time. The dinner and speeches are expected to be wrapped up at 6pm. The setup of the photobooth setup can be seen and heard by all seated guests, and may disrupt the speeches.
Add an idle hour before the official operation start time of 6:00 PM for early setup. We would now arrive at 4:00 PM and have the booth set when guests start to enter the reception area, and ready to begin operation the moment the dinner and speeches have concluded!
Timeline:
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Setup //Attendants arrive to setup.
5:00 PM – Dinner and Speeches//Photo Booth Idle Hour Begins.
6:00 PM – Dinner and Speeches Conclude//Photobooth operation Begins.
Client books photobooth for their wedding with a start time of 5:00 pm and end time of 9:00 p.m. We arrive at 4:00 pm for setup. Cocktail Hour Is from 5-6:00 p.m. and client wants the photobooth in operation. Cocktail hour is Followed by dinner from 6-7:30 p.m. This means the photobooth will not be in use during dinner.
Add 1.5 Hours of Idle Time. Photobooth is in operation from 5-6:00 pm. Idle time starts at 6:00 pm and goes until 7:30 pm. Photobooth is back in operation from 7:30-9:00 pm.
