Ideal for an event that has all the planning stages complete, down to the day of facilitation, but some extra helping hands are needed.
- Communication beginning two months prior to event
-Venue Walk through and creation of setup plan
-drafted and detailed plan of setup provided to client for approval
-8 hours on-site with lead coordinator + 1 assistant coordinator
(8 hours total includes day before if needed, and day of)
-Coordinate arrivals of any event rentals while on site.

** If the scope of the event requires a third Coordinator on the day of, or day before- an Hourly rate of $75.00/HR will apply in addition to Package Price. Any services that exceed the hours included in package will be charged at an hourly rate of $75.00/HR (this is a flate rate , including a third coordinator-if needed).
